- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be held responsible for.

Pricing and Availability
We try to ensure that all product descriptions and prices appear on the website as accurate however sometimes errors may occur. If there is an error on the price of an item you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel the order and have already paid for the item then a refund will be issued.
Payment
Once your order is placed, your payment will be processed using Stripe payment gateway. This process includes an authorisation check to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received.
Cancelling Your Order
All customer have the right to cancel their orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014). You have the right to cancel the purchase of your item(s) without having to state a reason within 14 days after the contract was made (from when the goods are received).
If you are in possession of the goods, you must retain them and take reasonable care of them. You will be required to send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost (unless the item was sent in error or is faulty) as soon as possible once you have notified us of the cancellation. We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or if they are returned at our expense. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
