We want you to be happy with your purchase but if for any reason you need to return your item then you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. This includes items which are in the sale. Please note that postage costs will not be refunded.
To exchange your item for a different size or colour simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, outline your requirements and we can check our stock levels. Once we have received your return, we will post your replacement item back to you as quickly as possible.
If for any reason, we are unable to exchange your item then we will offer you an alternative or a refund.
For a refund, please email us at email@example.com with the header of RETURN and outline your reason for the return. Once we have received your return in its original condition, a refund will be issued as soon as possible.
Please note that the cost of the return of the item is paid by the customer via a courier option of their choice. We recommend “signed for” shipping which allows you to track the item and its delivery. Please ensure you keep proof of postage as the item remains your responsibility until it is delivered to us.
If you are returning your item because we have made a mistake with your order or your item is faulty then we will cover the postage. A maximum £4.50 postage can be claimed back. You will need to include proof of postage with your return or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org to enable us to process this payment.
Items to be returned must be:
- In their original condition including tags and any packaging.
- Packaged properly to prevent any damage.
- Returned using the correct postage (proof of postage must be obtained).
- Sent with a copy of your invoice and include the reason for the return.
All goods are inspected on return. Any items showing damage or “wear and tear” may be denied a refund.
