All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail (includes Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).
Orders under £20: £3.99, sent via Royal Mail 1 st Class Standard.
Orders over £20: Free P&P
Delivery: 1-2 working days, including Saturdays.
All international orders are shipped using Royal Mail International standard service.
Cost: £4.99 – £9.99
Delivery: 3-7 working days
Compensation Cover for Shipping
Please note that Royal Mail UK & International standard delivery only includes compensation up to the value of £20.
For orders over the value of £20, we use the Royal Mail “Signed For” OR “Tracked & Signed For” services which provide compensation up to the value of £50 in case you need to claim for your order being lost or damaged.
To ensure that a successful delivery can be made, please ensure that you:
- Provide us with the correct delivery details including a full postal address and postcode/ZIP code.
- Provide us with valid contact details including your email address and/or mobile number
- Have selected a delivery address which is convenient for someone to receive the item (home or place of work). Please note that some of our items will be packaged in boxes and will be too big for the letterbox so selecting a suitable delivery address is important.
If your item has been unable to be delivered due to the recipient not being home, the Royal Mail will attempt to deliver it to one of your neighbours and will post a “something for you” card through your letterbox to inform you.
If this is not possible, the item will be returned to your local Royal Mail Delivery Office for you to collect or to arrange a re-delivery. A card giving details of the address and opening hours of the delivery office will be posted through your door.
Items will be kept by Royal Mail for 18 days, it will then be returned to us (the sender). Once we have received your return, we will contact you via email confirming its receipt and will issue you with a full refund (not including the postal charges).
Duty and Other Charges
Please note that some countries do charge taxes and duty on goods received into the country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these.
If the customer forfeits the payment or does not accept the package due to the customs charges then the item will be returned to us.
We will refund the cost of your order (less the postage and any charges in transit). In some circumstances, the total charges incurred may result in a forfeit of any refund. Please ensure that you are aware of additional costs before you placing your order with us.
